Mini Marathon

On June 1st, Lyn, Annie, Ingfrid, myself, and our fitness guru Adele headed to Dublin to participate in the Flora Women's Mini Marathon. We survived the blazing heat of the city streets, finishing the 10km in under 2 hours, taking time to dance to the live music every few kilometers. Lyn and Annie have been training for the marathon every week in Kilashee, with the help of Adele, so they were well fit for the walk. Our friends from the Bridge - Christine, Siobhan, Leah, and Geraldine - also participated in the race. Congratulations, ladies!
